How long does it take to get an estimate?

Usually we try to respond in the first 24 hours of you filling out our short form for home cleaning and AirBnB cleanings. However if you have an office we will come to you in person and give you an estimate after visiting your office.

Do we use our own supplies?

Yes we use our own supplies and tools such as vacuums. However we do need access to water and an electrical socket for our vacuums and certain cleaning procedures.

How long does a cleaning usually take?

We aim to perform deep cleanings in 3-4 hours for homes. For offices we could take up to 4 hours as well. Although we aim for 3-4 hours if we have to we will stay until the job is done to our standard.

Should I be home for the cleaning?

We know our clients’ times is precious so we recommend enjoying that free time and coming home to a spotless home. Do the things you would’ve been doing instead and let us take care of the cleaning.

Where would I leave my key?

You can hide the key somewhere that we would able to access it. Some clients will trust us enough to give us a spare. We value your protection and privacy. All keys that we hold on to are number coded and will not have any personal details such as your name or address on it. We also keep the keys locked up and safe so no one but our managers will have access to them.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Call us within the first 24 hours if you are not satisfied. We will come clean your house a second time and focus on areas where you might have felt we did not fully meet the cleaning standard.
